Legolas Finds the Ring

In a town, there lived a prince named Legolas with his servants. He was tricked by the magic from a wicked wizard named Saruman and got forced to steal a ring that is lost from a land where a lot of people lived called Rivendell. As days and times passed, the passion of getting the ring got bigger and bigger in Legolas. Legolas and the four elves had a bracelet to show that they five of them are special in the castle. Also to get the map that shows where the ring is, they had to put their five bracelets together in a spot stated, and the map was given. “We have to get the ring whatsoever!” Legolas said. He wanted the ring so desperately that he wanted to go to Rivendell with his servants. So they started to get ready to leave the town. They rode Shadowfax and started their way to Rivendell. The Shadowfax was fast as a roller coaster. And Legolas said happily. “Today is the day that the ring will come to my hand!” “Neih~” Shadowfax cried. “What’s happening?” Legolas asked. “The guards are blocking the way to go in to the castle!” one of his servants said. “Well then, it seems like we should disguise to someone.” Legolas suggested. They disguised to a chef that was getting ready for cupcakes since they were having a party soon in the castle. Then they pretended going into the castle to deliver the cupcakes. Even though the cupcake was different type of what Legolas had ate in their town, it looked very delicious like a large chocolate cake. “Yum~” Legolas said. ‘I’m starving to death; I’m going to steal the cupcakes later.’ Legolas thought. They marched into the castle. Legolas walked into the castle and said to the guards, “We are here to deliver you cupcakes.” The guards were happy to get the cupcakes. The servants and Legolas went inside the castle. Legolas wasn’t sure about where the ring was. The castle had really big space and rooms but luckily Legolas had the map from the bracelets. The map showed that they had to go into the Queen’s room. “We don’t have time, we should quickly deliver the cupcakes to the Queen’s room! She might be mad.” Legolas heard the Queen’s servants talk. “I’m here! I’ll deliver the cupcakes!” Legolas thought it would work as his plans. Legolas was happy to think about getting the ring. Legolas and the servants headed to the Queen’s room. He knocked and said. “I’m here to deliver the cupcakes.” Legolas said. “What took you so long?” the queen asked. “Sorry, I was just disturbed by the people talking about the party. It won’t happen again.” Legolas replied. When the Queen went out of the room, Legolas started to look around more carefully. But the servant of the queen came to Legolas and said, “Who are you and why are you here?” Legolas didn’t have anything to say so he said. “Oh, I’m here to deliver the cupcakes for the party!” Legolas said he had something to do and ran out. Legolas remembered that the wizard Saruman said that if he gets found that he stole the ring, Saruman said that he would turn him to a frog. Just thinking about being a frog made him tremble. When he came back, he was so upset that he couldn’t get the ring yet. “We failed again!” He said angrily. The next day when Legolas woke up, Saruman was there waiting for Legolas to wake up. “Have you find the ring yet? I told you that you have to find it until when I told you!” Saruman said. He was right, they had promised that he would find the ring next week. “Uh, yes! I found it, now I just have to steal it!” Legolas said. “Well, you better be quick, I have to go! But I will be ready to get the ring from you though.” Saruman warned Legolas and went back to Saruman’s castle. The next hour, Legolas tried to enter the castle to steal the ring again. The guards were busy talking about something so Legolas and his servants could go in easily and some of the servants stayed outside to protect their Shadowfax, what they rode. They peeked in the Queen’s room and entered to steal the ring again. Gladly, it looked like there was no one inside the room; but they still kept quiet. He looked around the room and Legolas opened the drawer next to the desk; he opened it slowly so it wouldn’t make a sound. The drawer was so big as a table and there were many things. It was so messy so it was hard to find the ring. But there was the ring and that he was finding and he took it out slowly but when he turned back, the servants of the Queen was there. Legolas saw his servants tied up by the Queen’s servants and he predicted that the plan of stealing the ring was going to be a failure. However, the servants knew that Legolas was tricked by the magic. One of the Queen’s servant sprinkled the potion to break the spell on top of Legolas and he was normal again. Legolas didn’t know what was happening. The Queen and the servants explained what happened and Legolas thanked them. On the way going back to the castle, he met Saruman; he was with the guards. “You!” Saruman was really mad but Legolas didn’t worry about turning into a frog and stared at Saruman and went back happily to his castle.

Quarter 1

Highlights of Quarter 1

I enjoyed working on my summative project about our travels. First time I started the project, I didn't have any work done and I didn't wanted to do summative project. But later, it was getting more fun and I enjoyed it.

I also enjoyed SEW. It was for 3 days and it was learning about god.

One thing I learned was to forgive. We did this project called skit kids. Our group's subject was forgiveness. While we worked skit kids, I learned that you shouldn't be upset of everything and forgive.

You can watch the video here!

I still want to improve on writing; I want to write detailed and clearly so it's not messy. Because almost every time, the things that happened isn't organized.

Questions

1. Why did you choose the type of graph  you did?

2.What does your graph clearly show us?

3. Could another type of graph show us the information more clearly?

4. What is the population?

1. I chose this this type of graph because I thought it
would be easy to see all K, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Also, it's
not complicating and it's simple.

2. I think the difference shows clearly. For example how many chose
MS playing Computer Games and Excluding others.
And other choices etc...

3. I think circle graph was also fine to do 'School Improvement at GSIS.
Because it would be also clear to show how many percents of each
items. But if there were too much of them, it would actually
be more unclear.

4. The population of this survey is kindergartens, grade 1, grade 2,
grade 3, grade 4 and grade 5 in GSIS.
